To whom these Courses are Useful?
The expected participants are youth active in social sector and college students who want to enhance their knowledge and skills on these issues between 18-30 age group.
Training and Camp will be based on practical learning tools which includes
-->theoretical session and presentation, group exercises, brainstorming, demonstration, debate, role play, street drama, practical games, experience and story sharing, case study, interaction with community people and stakeholders (VDC office, Health post, organization working at community level) and more.

1 Personal Development: Personal Goal Setting, Personality Development, Career Counseling, Social Youth Leadership Development, Master of Ceremony (Anchoring), Effective Public Speaking, Facilitation Skill for Youth, Entrepreneurship Skill, Youth Empowerment, Public Relationship.
2 Organization Development: Organizational Management, Social Audit, Proposal and Report Writing, Monitoring and Evaluation Skill.
3 Social, Political and Economic Issues: Basic Human Rights, Good Governance, Rules of Law and Democracy, Inclusion and Federalism, Community Development and Sustainability, Gender and Women Empowerment, Safe Migration HIV and AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Social Research Method, Resources Management.
