2 Organization Development: Organization Management & Development, Basic Account Management, Social Audit, Fund Raising, Proposal and Report Writing, Monitoring and Evaluation Skill.
3 Social, Political and Economic Issues: Basic Human Rights, Good Governance, Rules of Law and Democracy, Inclusion and Federalism, Community Development, Environment Protection and Sustainability, Gender and Women Empowerment, Safe Migration & Rights of Migrant Workers, HIV and AIDS, Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH), Social Research Method, Resources Management, Market Management, Business Planning & Development.

Government Service-Lok Sewa Tayari (Career Bridge
Course Preparation)
Entrance and examination preparation class for Public Service (Lok Sewa) will conduct by the experience public servant and expert in respective subject from time to time. YDC also has tuition facilities with hostel for candidates of Lok Sewa. It also offers the counseling and consultation for the candidates of public (government) service with free of charge.
It has a group of experienced youth active in
different sector for training, camp and workshop facilitation to foster social
activism among young generation.
